In case you want to delete all user data connected to your EasyMemoryItem account, you can open the app on your phone, navigate to “Profile” and under “My Data” click on “Delete Account”.
If you do not have access to the app, please send a mail with your EasyMemoryItem username to info@easymemoryitem.com. We might ask for additional information to correctly identify your account and verify account ownership in this process.
The following data will be deleted as soon as we process your request:
– Username
– Email
– The mail that contained your deletion request
No further personal information is stored.
