Account Deletion for Easy Memory Item

You can delete your Easy Memory Item (EMI) Account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open EMI on your phone or tablet and sign in.
2. On the Deck, open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your Account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you can no longer open the app, email info@easymemoryitem.com from the address of your Account, or name the sign-in provider you used (Apple or Google). We may ask for information needed to verify that the Account is yours.

What is deleted

• your Account and its sign-in details (email address and linked Apple or Google identity);
• your synchronized training data, such as progress, Sessions, Results and aircraft selections;
• your sessions on all devices; Apple tokens are revoked where available;
• your deletion request email, once the request is completed.

Deleted data may remain in restricted backups for up to 30 days before it is removed through rotation. Purchase and accounting records are kept only where the law requires it.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
